    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (after processing).

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (after processing).

    • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (after processing).

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

  • Tracking Information:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

  • Customs & Duties:

    • For international orders, customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at designwithpawsome@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, email designwithpawsome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original condition.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  5. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made products.

    • Items not in original condition or returned after 14 days.

  6. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are not available for customized items. For non-customized items, email us to check product availability.
